노인일자리사업 참여자특성 및 참여동기에 따른 전달체계, 사회적 자본, 사업만족도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 노인일자리사업량의 70% 이상을 차지하고 있는 공공형 참여노인의 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 경제수준, 건강상태, 동거형태, 참여동기 등에 따라 전달체계, 참여만족 그리고 사회적 자본에 대해어떻게 체감하는지를 미시적으로 접근하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 일자리사업 참여동기는 생계비나 용돈마련이 절대다수(81.1%)이었으며, 참여자 인적특성에 따른 사업전달체계와의 차이분석에서는 수행기관의 전문성에 대해 남녀 모두 타 변수에 비해 가장 높게 평가 하였고 여성의 긍정인식이 더 높았다. 참여만족도에 있어서는 여성, 70세-75세, 초졸이하에서 높게 인식하고 있는 등 참여노인의 개개인 특성에따라 차이를 나타냈다. 특히 미혼자녀와 동거하는 참여노인은 전달체계, 사회적 자본 그리고 만족도 평균에서 가장 낮은 인식을 보여 주목되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to microscopically approach how the elderly who participate in the public type project, which accounts for more than 70% of the elderly employment program, feel about the delivery system, participation satisfaction, and social capital of the project according to gender, age, education level, economic level, health status. As a result of the study, the motivation for participation was the absolute majority (81.1%) of living expenses or pocket money. In the analysis of the difference with the business delivery system according to the participant 's personal characteristics, both men and women rated the professionalism of the performing agency higher than other variables and the positive perception of women was higher than that of men. In terms of satisfaction with participation, women, those aged between 70 and 75, and those who graduated from elementary school or lower perceived it highly, showing differences according to the individual characteristics of the elderly. In particular, the participating elderly living with unmarried children were noted to have the lowest awareness of the delivery system, social capital, and satisfaction averages.
