국문 초록

본 연구는 북한이탈주민들의 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지가 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 독립변수는 회복탄력성, 매개변수는 사회적 지지, 종속변수는 외상 후 성장으로 선정했다. 본 연구에서는 북한이탈주민 256명에게 설문지를 배부하고 회수된 150부로 SPSS 20을사용하여 분석을 했다. 첫 번째는 변인의 기술 통계치와 변인간의 상관을 확인했다. 그 후 가설적 모형을 검증했고 마지막으로 독립변인인 회복탄력성과 매개변인인 사회적 지지가 외상 후 성장에 영향을미치는가를 확인했다. 자료 분석 결과에 의하면 북한이탈주민의 회복탄력성은 외상 후 성장에 유의한영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지 중 정서적 지지와 정보적 지지가 외상 후 성장에통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 북한이탈주민의 회복탄력성을 강화하고 사회적 지지 체계를 확립할 수 있는 제언을 했다.

영문 초록

This study aims to verify the impact of North Korean defectors' resilience and social support on their post-traumatic growth. In this study, the independent variable was selected as resilience, the parameter as social support, and the dependent variable as post-traumatic growth. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 256 North Korean defectors and the 150 copies collected were analyzed using SPSS 20. First, the descriptive statistics of the variables and the correlations between variables were confirmed. Afterwards, the hypothetical model was tested, and finally, it was confirmed whether the independent variable, resilience, and the mediating variable, social support, affect post-traumatic growth. According to data analysis results, the resilience of North Korean defectors was found to have a significant impact on post-traumatic growth. Additionally, among social supports, emotional support and informational support were found to have a statistically significant effect on post-traumatic growth. Based on the research results, suggestions were made to strengthen the resilience of North Korean defectors and establish a social support system.
