국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 청소년들의 학교 부적응요인을 파악하여 다문화 청소년의 심리적 지원방안에 대한 정책이 수립하는데 있다. 다문화가정 자녀들이 학령기에 접어들면서 언어와 문화적인 차이, 사회적 차별로 인해 우울과 불안 등 정신적 어려움을 겪으면서 낮은 자존감과 대인기피 현상으로 학교부적응으로 이어지고 있다. 다문화 청소년의 학교부적응 문제는 한국사회에서 매우 중요한 부분이며 후일 사회적 문제로 발전할 수 있으며 다문화 청소년의 심리적 지원은 서로 다른 가치관과 문화적 차별로 인한 가족 간의 갈등, 또래와의 관계 형성 등 여러 가지 심리적 이유로 학교 부적응 문제 예방과해결에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 나아가 다문화 청소년들의 자아 존중감을 증진하고 긍정적인 자아상으로 건강하게 성장하도록 환경을 조성하는 것이 중요하며, 가정, 교육기관, 지역사회의 협력하여 학교부적응 문제 해결방안을 위한 심리적 지원방안에 대한 정책을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish a policy for psychological support measures for multicultural youth by identifying the factors of school maladjustment of adolescents from multicultural families. As children from multicultural families enter school age, they suffer from mental difficulties such as depression and anxiety due to language, cultural differences, and social discrimination, leading to school maladjustment due to low self-esteem and interpersonal avoidance. Multicultural youth's school maladjustment is a very important part of Korean society and can develop into a social problem later, and multicultural youth's psychological support can play an important role in preventing and solving school maladjustment problems for various psychological reasons, such as family conflicts due to different values and cultural discrimination, and the formation of relationships with peers. Furthermore, it is important to create an environment to promote self-esteem and grow healthy with a positive self-image of multicultural youth, and to present policies for psychological support measures to solve school maladjustment problems in cooperation with families, educational institutions, and local communities.
