국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 1인 가구의 우울 변화를 확인하고, 우울 변화를 유형화하여 자살 생각 간의 관계를확인하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2017년부터 2021년까지 실시한 12~16차 한국복지패널조사자료를 활용하였으며, 연구모형의 검증을 위해서 Stata 15.1과 M-plus 8.0 프로그램으로 Firth Method를 활용한로지스틱 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 1인 가구의 우울 변화는 총 2개 유형(‘감소 후 상승형’, ‘저수준 상승형’)으로 분류되었으며, 1인 가구의 성별과 균등화 연소득, 그리고 우울 변화 유형은 자살생각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 1인 가구의 연령, 학력, 거주 지역은 자살 생각에유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 1인 가구 지원에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the relationship between suicidal ideation by identifying depressive changes in single-person households and typifying depressive changes. This study used data from the 12th ~ 16th Korea Welfare Panel Survey conducted from 2017 to 2021, and logistic regression analysis was performed using Firth Method with Stata 15.1 and M-plus 8.0 programs to verify the research model. Depression changes in single-person households were classified into two types ('decline and then ascend' and 'low-level elevation'), and gender and equalized annual income of single-person households, as well as the type of depressive change, were found to have a significant effect on suicidal ideation. On the other hand, age, education, and residence area of single-person households did not appear to have a significant effect on suicidal ideation. Based on these research results, basic data necessary for supporting single-person households in the future were provided.
