국문 초록

본 연구는 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 미용대학교 미용교육의 수업태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기위해 실시되었다. 설문조사는 미용대학교에 재학 중인 3학년과 4학년을 대상으로 2023년 6월 20일~7 월30일 까지 진행하였으며, 총 200부를 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과로 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일 중 신뢰형, 전문형, 협력형의 요인에서 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일 중 협력형과 전문형이 수업태도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로나타났다. 즉 학습자를 존중하는 상호소통을 통한 협력적 이해와, 이론기초교육과 실기기술력의 전문적수업정보지원을 부드럽고 정확하게 제공할 때 수업의 동기화로 인해 교수 학습자 간의 신뢰감 형성으로 긍정적인 수업태도를 함양하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교수자는 피부미용 교육에 대한 올바른 수업태도를 추구하기 위하여 부드러우나 명확하고 친근하나 전문성있는 양가적 관점의 커뮤니케이션 스타일 요인의 연구 및 개발을 통한 수업적용의 활용 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the impact of the instructor's communication style on the class attitude of beauty university beauty education. The survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30, 2023, for the third and fourth graders who are attending beauty universities, and an analysis of 200 copies as the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a positive correlation in the factors of trust, professional, and cooperative among the communication styles of instructors. In addition, it was found that among the instructors' communication styles, the cooperative and professional types had a positive effect on the teaching attitude. In other words, when cooperative understanding through mutual communication that respects learners and professional instructional information support for basic theoretical education and practical technology are provided smoothly and accurately, a positive teaching attitude is cultivated by forming trust between professors and learners due to class synchronization. Therefore, instructors should research and develop factors of a soft, accurate, friendly, but professional ambivalent perspective of communication style to pursue the right teaching attitude for skin beauty education and seek ways to apply classes.
