파킨슨병 환자의 인지 기능 개선에 대한 무용요법의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 무용요법의 적용이 파킨슨병 환자의 인지 기능에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 체계적 문헌고찰이다. 주요 검색 용어는 ‘Dance’, ‘Parkinson Diseases’, ‘Non-motor’, ‘Cognitive Function’이며Pubmed 검색엔진을 활용하여 문헌 선정 기준에 따라 4개의 문헌을 선정하여 분석하였다. 4개의 연구에서 모두 인지 기능을 평가하는 MoCA 점수가 증가하였고, 인지 기능뿐 아니라, 우울, 피로, 무기력에도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 2편의 연구에서만 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여, 무용요법적용의 근거 확보와 확대 적용을 위해 대상자 수, 무용의 장르, 중재 적용 기간 등을 고려한 실험연구를 후속 연구로 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study is a systematic literature review focused on the effects of applying dance therapy to improve cognitive function in Parkinson’s disease patients. The keywords ‘dance’, ‘Parkinson’s diseases’, ‘non-motor’ and ‘cognitive function’ were used to search the literature published 2015 to 2021 on PubMed. Four studies were reviewed in this study. In all studies, the scores of MoCA, a cognitive function scale for Parkinson's diseases, increased. Moreover, one of the studies demonstrated statistically significant effects on depression and apathy, while another study showed an effect in reducing anxiety. However, only two studies showed statistically significant results in terms of cognitive function, indicating the need for further experimental research on the effects of dance therapy. Additionally, experimental studies considering factors such as sample size, dance genres, and intervention duration are required to establish the evidence for the application of dance therapy.
