국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터 아동들을 대상으로 ADDIE 모형에 따라 행복 증진 연극놀이 집단프로그램을개발하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 프로그램 개발을 위한 행복과 관련한 하위요인을 분석하여 전략을 도출하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 설계원리를 도출하여 초안을 개발하였다. 셋째, 프로그램에 대한 전문가 검토 후프로그램의 수정·보완이 이루어졌다. 넷째, K시에 소재한 지역아동센터 아동 30명을 대상으로 프로그램을 실시하였다. 다섯째, 아동들의 프로그램 만족도, 인터뷰, 사회복지사 평가서를 통해 프로그램 효과성을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연극놀이를 기반 집단프로그램은 지역아동센터 아동의 행복감 증진에 긍정적영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 지역아동센터 아동의 행복 증진을 위한 연극놀이 집단프로그램의 접근을 모색할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a happiness-enhancing theatrical play group program based on the ADDIE model for children at a local children's center. First, sub-factors related to happiness were analyzed to derive strategies for program development. Second, a draft program was developed based on the program design principles. Third, the program was revised and supplemented after an expert review of the program. Fourth, the program was implemented for 30 children at a local children's center in K city. Finally the program effectiveness was analyzed through children's satisfaction with the program, interviews, and social worker evaluations. The results showed that the group program based on theater play had a positive impact on the children's happiness. These results suggest that it is necessary to explore the approach of group programs based on theatrical play to improve the happiness of children in local children's centers.
