신입생 대상 대학 글쓰기 교육에서의 ‘취(창)업용 자기소개서 쓰기’ 수업 방안 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구에서 구안한 신입생 대상 ‘취(창)업용 자기소개서 쓰기’ 수업 모형은 활동 기간과 활용 매체 측면에서 ‘장기 프로젝트 방식’과 ‘온라인 공간 활용’을 특징으로 한다. 본 수업 방안은 학술적 글쓰기를중심으로 구성된 대학 글쓰기 커리큘럼과 취(창)업용 자기소개서의 4가지 항목을 연계함으로써 실제 수업에서의 활용 조건을 마련하였다. ‘장기 프로젝트 방식’과 ‘온라인 공간’을 활용한 자기소개서 쓰기 수업에서의 주차별 글쓰기 활동은 글감 마련을 위한 ‘준비’ 과정이자, 그 자체로 교과 내용에 대한 실습과제로서 짧지만 ‘완결’적인 글쓰기 활동을 포함한다. 또한 의사소통 맥락을 고려하여 양식에 맞춘 ‘결과물’을 산출하는 ‘장르 중심 학습’이자 학습자의 능동적이고 지속적인 활동을 요구하는 ‘대화주의 학습’ 이기도 하다. 본 수업 모형은 두 차례에 걸쳐 대학 글쓰기 수업에서 활용하였고, 구체적인 교수·학습모형 및 학습자들의 활동 결과물, 설문 응답 내용을 소개함으로써 해당 활동이 대학 글쓰기 수업 일반과 취(창)업용 자기소개서 교육에 시사하는 바를 함께 논의했다.

영문 초록

This class plan provides conditions for use in actual classes by linking the university writing curriculum, which is centered on academic writing, and the four items of Self-introduction for Employment(Startup). The writing activity for each week in the self-introduction writing class using the 'long-term project method' and 'online space' is a 'preparation' process for preparing writing material, and include short but complete writing activities as a practice assignment for the subject itself. It is also 'Genre-centered learning' that produces 'results' tailored to the style in consideration of the communication context, and 'Dialogism learning' that requires learners' active and continuous activities. In the case study, the actual class design and process were explained. In addition, through the activity results and survey responses, the implications of the activity for writing classes and self-introduction education were dealt with.
