국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생들의 긍정적인 학습 경험과 학업 성취를 위한 핵심 요소를 공감으로 보고, 공감학습 프로그램을 개발하여 운영하고 그에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 설계개발연구절차에 따라 공감학습 프로그램 설계원리를 도출하고, 그에 따라 공감학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발한 프로그램은 교육 전문가와 프로그램 참여 대학생들을 대상으로 내적 및 외적 타당화 과정을 거쳐수정 및 보완하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 공감학습 구성 요소에 따라 인지적 공감, 정서적공감, 태도적 공감 영역별로 내용을 구성하였다. 프로그램을 운영한 결과, 학습자들이 자신의 학습 과정 및 감정에 공감하며 자신의 가치를 이해하고 발견해나가는 공감 학습 과정이 학습자들에게 긍정적경험이 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 학습에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요소들을 종합적으로 이해하여학습자들의 학습을 지원할 수 있는 프로그램을 체제적으로 개발하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify empathy as a key factor for positive learning experiences and academic achievement among college students, and to infer implications from developing and operating empathy-learning programs. For this purpose, the design principles of the empathy -learning program were derived according to the design and development research procedure, and the empathy-learning program was developed accordingly. The developed program was subjected to internal and external validation by education experts and university students participating in the program. The program developed in this study is organized by cognitive empathy, emotional empathy, and attitudinal empathy according to the components of empathy-learning. After running the program, we found that the empathic learning process was a positive experience for the learners, as they understood and discovered their own values while empathizing with their learning process and emotions. The significance of this study is that it systematically developed a program to support learners' learning by comprehensively understanding various factors that affect learning.
