국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 신체상 만족도와 우울간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이목적이다. 경북지역 일 대학교의 간호대학생을 대상으로 신체상 만족도, 우울, 자아존중감에 대한 설문을 실시하여 179부를 분석하였다. SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여자아존중감의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체상 만족도와 우울은 음의 상관관계, 신체상 만족도와 자아존중감은 양의 상관관계, 우울과 자아존중감은 음의 상관관계를 가진다. 둘째, 자아존중감과 우울은 신체상 만족도와 우울의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과의 의의는 향후 간호대학생의 긍정적인 신체상 만족도와 정서를 갖도록 하기 위한 효과적인 중재 개발에 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediation effect of self-esteem in the relationship between physical satisfaction and depression of nursing college students. The 179 copies were analyzed by conducting a survey on physical satisfaction, depression, and self-esteem for nursing students at a university. Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to confirm the mediating effect of self-esteem. First, physical satisfaction and depression have a negative correlation, physical satisfaction and self-esteem have a positive correlation, and depression and self-esteem have a negative correlation. Second, self-esteem and depression showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between physical satisfaction and depression. The significance of the results of this study is to provide basic data for effective intervention development to ensure positive physical satisfaction and emotions of nursing college students in the future.
