국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 광주광역시의 사례를 중심으로 지역의 실태와 특성을 반영한 예술지원사업 개선 방향을 고찰하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 고찰을 위해 광주문화재단에서 2022년에 수행한 예술지원사업 현황을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 평가 및 만족도 조사 분석을 통해 지역의 실태와 특성을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 지역 예술지원사업의 개선 방향을 연구하였다. 그 결과 연습 및 행사(결과발표) 공간 지원, 관객 확보 지원, 홍보 전략 다변화 지원, 신입 예술인 확보 지원, 참신한 기획 유도, 지원사업의 섬세한 조정이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이 문제들의 해결을 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 예술단체(예술인)와 사용률이 낮은 공공 문화예술 인프라의 연결 지원, 국내외 예술 경향에 대한 정보제공과 기획 관련 워크숍 개최, 친구․지인을 통한 구두 홍보 유도와 추천 시스템 구축, 연령별 홍보 다변화 유도, 신진예술인 지원사업에서의 휴식년제 폐지와 원로․전문․예술인 간 교류의 장 마련을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to consider the improvement direction of the arts support project reflecting the actual conditions and characteristics of the region, focusing on the case of Gwangju Metropolitan City. For this consideration, this study examined the current status of art support projects conducted by the Gwangju Cultural Foundation in 2022, identified the actual conditions and characteristics of the region, and based on this, determined the improvement direction of the local arts support project. As a result, it was found that supports for space for practice and events, for securing audiences, for diversification of publicity strategies, for securing new artists, induction of innovative planning, and fine adjustment of support projects were necessary. As a way to solve these problems, this study proposed connection supports between art groups (artists) and public culture and arts infrastructure with low usage rates, providing information on domestic and foreign arts trends, holding planning related workshops, guidance of word-of-mouth publicity through friends, establishment of a recommendation system, inducing diversification of publicity by age group, abolishing the break year system in young artist support projects, and providing a venue for exchanges among artists.
