청소년상담자의 외상경험, 회복탄력성, 수퍼바이저 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년상담자들 대상으로 외상경험이 회복탄력성, 수퍼바이저 지지를 매개로 상담자소진에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 개입방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 청소년상담자 533명을 대상으로 사건충격척도, 회복탄력성 척도, 수퍼바이저 지지 척도, 상담자소진 척도를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년상담자의 외상경험이 높을수록 청소년상담자 소진은 유의미하게높았다. 둘째, 회복탄력성과 수퍼바이저 지지가 높을수록 청소년상담자 소진은 유의미하게 낮았다. 이는기존의 연구결과와 일치하여 청소년상담자의 외상경험이 많을수록 상담자 소진에 영향을 주어 효율적으로 청소년상담자의 역할을 수행하지 못할 수 있음을 나타냈으며 이를 보호해주는 변인으로 회복탄력성과 수퍼바이저 지지는 외상경험으로 인한 청소년상담자 소진을 낮출 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find intervention measures for youth counselors to reduce burnout by examining the effect of trauma experience on counselor burnout through resilience and supervisor support. For this end, we used the case shock scale, resilience scale, supervisor support scale, and counselor exhaustion scale for 533 youth counselors. We obtained the following research results. First, the higher the trauma experience of youth counselors, the higher their burnout was. Second, the higher the resilience and supervisor support, the lower their burnout was significantly. The results of this study are consistent with previous studies, and the more trauma experiences of youth counselors, the less efficiently they may play the role of youth counselors, and resilience and supervisor support may reduce the burnout of youth counselors due to trauma experience.
