국문 초록

이 연구는 베트남 결혼이주여성의 임신, 출산, 양육의 경험을 통해 건강실천을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 결혼이주여성은 이주와 동시에 결혼을 하고 임신과 출산 겪으며 건강의 변화를 경험한다. 결혼이주여성의 건강 상태는 직접적으로는 스스로의 경제적, 사회적인 건강에 영향을 미치고 간접적으로 자녀와가족의 건강 및 국민의 건강에 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구에서는 동포를 포함하는 중국 국적의 결혼이주여성 다음으로 가장 많은 수를 차지하고 있는 베트남 결혼이주여성의 임신, 출산, 양욱의 경험을통한 자신의 건강 변화와 실천적 행위를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 베트남 결혼이주여성은 이주 전후에 ‘건강하다고 믿을 수 있는 몸’에서 결혼 후 임신 전까지 ‘이도저도 아닌 애매한 몸’이었다가 임신후 ‘대견하고 기쁜 몸’으로 변화하였다. 출산 후 ‘이상하고 힘겨운 몸’을 느끼고 양육의 시기에 ‘인고의몸’을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore health practices through the experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and child rearing of Vietnamese marriage migrant women. Marriage migrant women get married at the same time as migration and experience changes in their health through pregnancy and childbirth. The health status of marriage migrant women directly affects their own economic and social health, and indirectly affects the health of their children and families and the public's health. Therefore, this study aims to understand the changes in health and practical behavior of Vietnamese marriage migrant women, who account for the largest number next to Chinese nationality marriage migrant women, including Koreans, through their experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and well-being. As a result of the study, Vietnamese marriage immigrant women changed from 'a body that can be trusted to be healthy' before and after migration, 'a body that is neither one nor the other' until pregnancy after marriage, and then a 'body that is proud and happy' after pregnancy. It was found that they felt a ‘strange and difficult body’ after childbirth and experienced a ‘endurance body’ during child rearing.
