국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 어떠한 경로를 통해 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하고 부모양육태도와 진로정체감의 관계에서 자아정체감과의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째 부모양육태도, 자아정체감은 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는가? 둘째 부모양육태도와 진로정체감의 관계에서 자아정체감이 매개역할을 하는가? 연구를 위해 전국의 중학생들을 대상으로 온라인 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2022년 10월 19일부터 10월 31일까지 약10일간 이루어졌으며, 설문조사에 성실하게 참여한 표본 454명을 본 연구의 대상자로 선정하였다. SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 첫째 부모양육태도가 자아정체감과 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 둘째 부모양육태도와 진로정체감의 관계에서 자아정체감이 매개효과가있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore how adolescents' perceived parenting attitude affects career identity and to verify the mediating effect of self-identity in the relationship between parental parenting attitude and career identity. The research question is as follows. First, do parenting attitudes and self-identity directly affect career identity? Second, does self-identity play a mediating role in the relationship between parenting attitude and career identity? For this study, an online self-administered questionnaire was conducted targeting middle school students across the country. Data collection was conducted for about 10 days from October 19 to October 31, 2022, and 454 samples who faithfully participated in the survey were selected as subjects for this study. The results were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. First, parenting attitudes had a positive effect on self-identity and career identity, and second, self-identity had a mediating effect in the relationship between parental parenting attitudes and career identity.
