청소년의 학교폭력 예방 뮤지컬 참여에 관한 질적연구

국문 초록

문화예술학적 뮤지컬 예방 교육은 즐거움을 갖고 학습하는 체험 교육으로서 뮤지컬 참여 교육 자료로 활용될수 있음에 연구 목적을 갖는다. 직접 참여를 통해 학교 폭력을 경험적으로 예방하는 효과를 높이고, 학습자는 참여과정에서 창조적인 지식을 구축하여 사회문제를 해결 할 수 있는 좋은 학습 방법을 제시한다. 연구자는 연구 대상자를 참여 관찰하였고 이를 토대로 근거이론의 일반적인 방법과 절차를 적용하여 자료수집하고분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 학교폭력 예방 뮤지컬 참여 대상으로 ‘F. Schuetze’의 개별 면담 방법을사용하여 ‘반구조화’된 질문지를 활용하였다. 또한, 창작뮤지컬을 중심으로 ‘스토리텔링’을 통해 의미를 재구성하였다. 둘째, 연구결과를 기반으로 학교폭력 예방 뮤지컬을 실천적인 참여교육 자료로 활용하여 문화예술교육 콘텐츠 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과 인간관계와 대인관계의 회복, 예방과 교육을 통한 사회적 인식 개선, 학교 폭력 대응과 조치, 자아성장과 미래계획 등으로 나타났다. 이에 학교폭력 예방에 대한 의식을공유하며 학교폭력 예방 뮤지컬 프로그램의 지속적인 평가와 개선이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to explore the use of cultural and artistic educational musicals as an enjoyable experiential learning method, focusing on the prevention of school violence. It aims to utilize musical participation education materials to engage learners in a process of joyful learning, and through direct participation, enhance experiential prevention of school violence while fostering the creation of creative knowledge to address societal issues. The researcher observed the participants and collected and analyzed data using the general methods and procedures of grounded theory. The objectives of this study were twofold. Firstly, for the participants of the school violence prevention musical, the researcher employed 'F. Schuetze's' individual interview method, utilizing semi-structured questionnaires. Additionally, the study reinterpreted meaning through storytelling, with a focus on original musical creation. Secondly, based on the research findings, the study aimed to propose the utilization of the school violence prevention musical as a practical participatory educational resource, suggesting directions for cultural and artistic educational content. The research outcomes encompassed aspects such as restoration of interpersonal relationships, enhancement of social awareness through prevention and education, school violence response and measures, self-growth, and future planning. Therefore, it is evident that fostering shared awareness of school violence prevention is essential, emphasizing the continuous evaluation and enhancement of the school violence prevention musical program.
