국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중고령 퇴직전문인력의 사회공헌활동 교육지원사업 참여 경험과 의미를 살펴봄으로써교육지원사업의 확산 방안과 실제적이고 효과적인 대안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구 수행을 위해 사회공헌활동 교육지원사업에 참여한 중고령 퇴직전문인력 9명을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(Focus Group Interview: FGI)를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 주제분석을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 삶의 원동력, 둘째, 네트워크 형성: 경험의 확장, 셋째, 개념의 재정의 필요, 넷째, 재교육 기회 필요로 상위범주 4개 하위범주 12개가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회공헌활동교육지원사업 확산 방안과 중고령 퇴직전문인력의 사회참여 적응에 필요한 사회복지 실천적 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the experience and meaning of middle-aged and elderly retired professionals participation in the educational support project for social contribution activities, and to explore the diffusion method of educational support projects and practical and effective alternatives. To conduct the study, we performed a focus group interview (FGI) with nine middle-aged and elderly retired professionals who participated in the educational support project for social contribution activities. The collected data were analyzed through thematic analysis, and the main research results were categorized into four themes with relevant twelve sub-themes as follows: 1) ‘Life dynamics,’ 2) ‘Networking: expansion of experience,’ 3) ‘Need for redefining the concept,’ and 4) ‘Need for re-education opportunities,’. Based on this study’s results, we have suggested the practical implications of social welfare necessary for the diffusion of the educational support project for social contribution activities and the adaptation of social participation of middle-aged and elderly retired professionals.
