대학 신임교원의 수업컨설팅 만족도에 대한 의미 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 A대학교 신임 교원의 수업컨설팅에 대한 인식을 살펴보기 위하여 수업컨설팅 만족도 설문에나타난 키워드에 대하여 네트워크 분석하였다. 텍스톰과 UCINET을 활용하여 분석한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강의컨설팅 만족도에 나타난 핵심 키워드는 강의, 강의컨설팅, 학생, 생각, 수업, 도움, 감사 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, CONCOR 분석을 통해 나타난 군집은 4개로, ‘강의컨설팅을 통한 변화 의지’, ‘강의컨설팅의 의의’, ‘컨설턴트와의 협력’, ‘강의컨설팅을 위한 제안’으로 명명하였다. A대학 신임교원은 강의컨설팅을 수업 개선에 도움이 되는 만족스러운 경험으로 인식하였으며, 교수자 특성과 상황적 맥락이 반영된 보다 정교한 컨설팅이 이루어지기를 기대하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 후속 연구에 대하여 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a network analysis on the keywords presented in the class consulting satisfaction survey to investigate the perception of class consulting among newly appointed professor at University A. The primary findings, analyzed using Textome and UCINET, are as follows. First, the key terms associated with satisfaction in lecture consulting included lecture, lecture consulting, student, thoughts, class, assistance, and gratitude. Second, the CONCOR analysis revealed four clusters: 'willingness to change through lecture consulting,' 'importance of lecture consulting,' 'collaboration with consultants,' and 'recommendations for lecture consulting.' The newly appointed professor at University A perceived lecture consulting as a beneficial experience that contributed to the enhancement of their classes. They also suggested conducting more detailed consultations that take into account the instructor's characteristics and contextual factors. Based on the research findings, suggestions for follow-up studies were made.
