국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 가정 내 성역할 태도가 스트레스의 매개변수를 통해서 배우자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성가족부의 가족실태조사자료를 활용하여 기혼여성을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기혼여성이 인식한 가족 내 성역할 태도가 배우자 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 심리적, 외부적 스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개변수인 심리적, 외부적 스트레스는 기혼여성의 가족 내 성역할 태도와 배우자 만족도 간의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 기혼여성의 배우자 만족도를 개선 시킬 수 있는 가족 내 성역할태도의 전략적 방안은 그들이 일상생활에서 겪는 심리적이고 외부적인 스트레스를 감소시키는 것을 목표로 삼을 때 실효성 있고 효율적으로 모색될 수 있다는 실무적인 시사점이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of gender role attitudes at home on spouse satisfaction through stress parameters. To this end, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's family status survey data were used to analyze married women. As a result of the study, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of psychological and external stress on the effect of gender role attitudes in the family recognized by married women on spouse satisfaction. Psychological and external stress, which is a parameter, was found to completely mediate the relationship between married women's gender role attitudes and spouse satisfaction in the family. Based on these results, practical implications can be drawn that strategic measures of gender role attitudes in the family that can improve spouse satisfaction of married women can be effectively and efficiently sought when they aim to reduce psychological and external stress in their daily lives.
