국문 초록

본 연구는 IT 통합예술치료의 임상구조와 실행에 나타나는 신경과학적 관점에서의 심리변화 메커니즘을고찰한 연구로, 연구목적은 IT 통합예술치료 일련의 과정이 뇌 신경의 작용 및 흐름과 어떻게 관련이있는지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구방법으로 먼저 심리치료에서 뇌 통합의 개념과 과정을 이론 및 현상적으로 기술한 뒤, IT 통합예술치료의 임상구조와 실행에서 나타나는 현상과 뇌 신경통합의 과정을 연결해분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, IT 통합예술치료는 뇌 가소성을 전제로그 치료목적이 실현된다. 둘째, IT 통합예술치료의 다층적인 특징 및 설계, 구성요소, 기법들은 뇌 통합의 조건들을 전제로 그 치료목적이 실현된다. 셋째, IT 통합예술치료는 뇌 신경작용의 흐름에 따라 단계별로 적용되는 심리치료 접근 및 치료자 핵심기능 수행을 기반으로 한 의도적 실행을 전제로 그 치료목적이 실현된다.

영문 초록

This study examines the mechanism of psychological change from a neuroscientific perspective in the clinical structure and practice of IT Integrative Arts Therapy(i-Therapy). As a research method, first, the concept and process of brain integration in psychotherapy were described theoretically and phenomenologically, and then the phenomena appearing in the clinical structure and practice of IT Integrative Arts Therapy and the steps and processes of brain integration were linked and analyzed. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. First, the purpose of IT Integrative Arts Therapy is realized on the premise of brain plasticity. Second, the multi-layered characteristics, design, components, and techniques of IT Integrative Arts Therapy are realized on the premise of brain integration conditions. Third, the purpose of IT Integrative Arts Therapy is realized on the premise of intentional execution based on the psychological treatment approach applied step by step according to the flow of brain nerve action and the therapist's core function performance.
