고전산문 설(說)을 활용한 성찰적 글쓰기 교육

국문 초록

본 연구는 고전산문 양식인 설을 활용한 성찰적 글쓰기 교육의 가능성과 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 둔다. 설작품은 학습자의 일상적인 경험에서 발견한 깨달음을 확장하여 보편적인 이치에 이르는 과정을 보여주는데, 이러한 설의 특성 상 성찰적 글쓰기에서 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 <차마설>을 대상으로한 성찰적 글쓰기 수업 방안을 제시하였는데, 작품의 주제와 전달 방식을 분석하여 학습자가 자신의 글쓰기에적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 교수자와 동료 학습자의 피드백을 고려해야 할 사항도 제안하였다. 이 과정에서 고전산문 중에서도 설 작품이 성찰적 글쓰기 교육에서 매우 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있음을확인하였다. 고전산문을 활용하는 것은 고전 국역 자료의 가치를 현재화하고 창조적으로 계승될 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 이를 통해 학습자는 자기 문제 발견 능력을 키우고, 인문학적 소양을 기를 수 있으며, 다양한 문화와 사회적 맥락에서 사고하고 표현하는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서 제안된 방법을통해 성찰적 글쓰기 교육의 효과를 극대화할 수 있다. 이러한 교육적 함의를 바탕으로, 고전산문, 특히 설작품을 성찰적 글쓰기 교육에 활용하는 것은 매우 유익하며 효용성 있는 교육 방안이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to propose the possibilities and approaches of using the traditional literary form of “seol” in reflective writing education. Seol works depict the process of expanding insights gained from everyday experiences to universal truths, making them valuable resources for reflective writing. The focus of this research is to present a reflective writing curriculum using the seol “Chama-seol.” By analyzing the themes and delivery methods of the work, the study suggests ways in which learners can apply these techniques to their own writing and considers factors such as feedback from instructors and peers. Throughout this process, it was confirmed that seol works, among classical literature, can be highly beneficial for reflective writing education. Utilizing classical literature provides an opportunity to revitalize the value of classical translations and enable creative continuity. Through this approach, learners can enhance their ability to identify personal issues, cultivate humanistic knowledge, and improve their capacity to think critically and express themselves within diverse cultural and social contexts. Moreover, implementing the proposed methods from this study can maximize the effectiveness of reflective writing education. Based on these educational implications, utilizing classical literature, especially seol works, in reflective writing education is expected to be highly advantageous and beneficial, offering a valuable educational approach.
