상담전공 학부생의 진로멘토링 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 진로멘토링 프로그램에 참여한 상담전공 학부생을 대상으로 진로멘토링 경험에 대한 생각과정서, 진로멘토링 활동과정에서의 경험과 의미, 활동 이후의 변화 등을 탐색하고자 하였다. 본 연구에참여한 연구 대상은 8명이었다. 인터뷰 내용은 현상학적 연구 방법 중 Colaizzi분석 방식에 따라서 분석하였으며 23개의 주제, 10개의 주제군, 3개의 범주로 나타났다. 질적으로 분석한 결과, ‘활동에 대한기대/활동에 대한 긴장감/활동 관련 교육 이수/진로멘토링 자원과 환경/상호작용을 위한 노력/활동에 대한 책임감/진로멘토링 자원과 환경/프로그램 관리 능력/자기직면과 성찰/진로의 명료화/성취감과 성장’ 의 10개의 주제군과 ‘초심’ ‘과정’ ‘의미’의 3개의 범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과가 상담전공 학부생의 진로멘토링 참여 경험에 대한 이해를 돕고 진로멘토링 활성화를 위한 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was carried out to explore the thoughts and emotions towards the experience and meaning of career mentoring activity, the experience of career mentoring activity and the changes after the career mentoring activity for the undergraduate student who were major in counseling and participated in a career mentoring program. The participant group consisted of eight students. This interview utilized the Colaizzi analysis method, which is one of the phenomenological methods, to analyze the content of the interviews. The analysis resulted in 23 subjects and three categories. Qualitative analysis revealed ten subjects and three categories, with ten subjects being categorized into ‘expectations of the activity/ tension towards the activity/ education related to the activity/ effort in the interaction/ responsibility in the activity/ resources and environments of career mentoring/ ability in managing the program/ self-confrontation and introspection/ career clarification/ and sense of achievement and growth. The three categories identified were ‘original intention’, ‘procedure’ and ‘meaning.’ This research results are expected to assist a better understanding of the experience of participating career mentoring and serve as a fundamental basis for invigoration of career mentoring program for undergraduate students.
