국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰에 기반한 미술치료에서 사용자의 경험 과정을 통해 라포의 형성에 영향을미치는 요소를 고찰하고 스마트폰 애플리케이션 내에서 적용하는 방안을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해국내 스마트폰 기반 미술치료 애플리케이션을 ‘검사 및 해석형’, ‘엔터테인먼트형’, ‘상담 및 치료예약형’, ‘특정 치료목적형’인 네 가지의 범주로 분류하고 고객 여정 지도 기법(Customer Journey Map) 절차에 따라 라포 형성을 위한 요소를 탐색하였다. 그 결과 ‘검사 및 해석형’은 ‘정보의 표기’, ‘암호화된 문의공간의 필요성’, ‘엔터테인먼트형’은 ‘치유적 성찰 안내’와 ‘창작의 몰입을 돕는 안내’, ‘상담 및치료예약형’은 ‘치료사의 치료철학 정보제공’, ‘콘텐츠 구성의 다양성 구축’, ‘신속한 피드백과 후기 관리’, ‘특정 치료목적형’은 ‘정보에 입각한 동의’ 개념이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반 미술치료에서 라포 형성 요소의 터치포인트를 확보하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 본 연구가 사용자에게 신뢰감을 제공할 수 있는 스마트폰 기반 미술치료 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the formation of rapport through users' experiential processes of the service in smartphone-based art therapy and to explore the strategies that can be applied within smartphone applications. For the study, the Art therapy application was categorized into four types and the elements for establishing rapport were explored using the Customer Journey Map method. As a result, as the elements of improving service by formatting rapport, the category “Diagnostic and interpretive” involved “Presentation of information” and “The need for a secure inquiry space,” the category “Entertainment” included “Guidance for therapeutic introspection” and “Guidance to facilitate creative immersion,” the category “Counseling and therapy reservation” encompassed “Providing the therapist's therapeutic philosophy information”, “Diversifying content composition,” and “Prompt feedback and review management,” and the category “Specific therapeutic purpose” involved the concept of “Consent based on information”. This study has secured touchpoints for the elements of building rapport between service giver and user in smartphone-based art therapy, and it holds significance as foundational data for developing trustworthy smartphone-based art therapy services.
