국문 초록

본 연구는 자활사업 환경이 급변함에 따라 지역자활센터 종사자의 역량강화를 위해 직무를 분석하는것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 현장전문가 의견을 바탕으로 교육과정 개발에 효과적인 직무분석 방법인 DACUM방식과 도출된 직무에 대한 중요도, 난이도 등의 파악을 위해 102명을 대상으로 설문조사를실시하였다. 분석결과 총 10개의 임무, 24개의 과업, 46개의 필요역량을 도출하였고 우선적인 교육필요역량을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다음의 내용을 제언하였다. 첫째, 도출된 임무와 과업은자활사업 지침 내에 적극적으로 반영되어야 한다. 둘째, 개별 지역자활센터가 감당하기 어려운 업무는규모화나 전문화 접근이 필요하다. 셋째, 과업 중 현재의 지역자활센터 인력구성으로 수행하기 어려운경우 추가적인 인력지원이 요구된다. 넷째, 실천 현장의 지식들이 축적되고 교육될 수 있는 체계가 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로 역량의 중요도와 교육필요도를 고려한 교육 우선순위가 결정되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze jobs to strengthen the capabilities of local self-sufficiency center workers as the self-sufficient project environment changes rapidly. To this end, the effective DACUM job analysis method was applied to curriculum development based on field expert opinions. In addition, a survey was conducted on 102 people to determine the importance and difficulty of the identified jobs. As a result of the analysis, a total of 10 missions, 24 tasks, and 46 required competencies were derived, and priority training required competencies were presented. Based on these results, the following suggestions were made. First, the derived missions and tasks must be reflected within the self-sufficient project guidelines. Second, tasks that are difficult for individual self-sufficiency centers to handle require scale-up or specialized approaches. Third, if a task is difficult to carry out with the current workforce composition of the self-sufficiency center, additional manpower support is required. Fourth, a system must be established in which practical knowledge can be accumulated and educated. Lastly, education priorities must be determined considering the importance and the need of competency.
