대학생과 성인의 플로리시(Flourish) 연구 동향 탐색 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생과 성인 대상 플로리시(flourish) 관련 연구 동향을 조사, 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 플로리시는 행복에 관한 발전적인 개념으로서 인간의 긍정적인 기분과 효과적인 기능의 최상의 범위에 속하는 삶이다. 본 연구는 플로리시 관련 대학생 및 일반 성인 대상 국내 학술 연구를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집 및 정리는 2023년 10월 5~9일에 이루어졌고 이후 자료의 양화를 거쳐 기술통계 및 다중응답분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생(13건)과 성인(27건) 모두 양적 연구물을 중심으로연구물의 수가 증가해왔다. 대학생은 유형화와 함께 영향 및 구조적 관계, 척도 개발 및 타당화 등의순이었고 일반 성인은 영향 관계가 많았고 이외에 척도 개발 및 타당화, 집단차 등에 대한 연구가 있었다. 또한 대학생은 진로·직업, 심리 욕구/자본/정서 등이, 성인은 직장인(일반), 교사, 성인(일반) 등에관한 연구가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 개인이 긍정성을 강화하고 능력을 최대화하는 최적의 상태를 지속하게 하는 플로리시 관련 동향을 파악하여 교육의 방향성 및 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate and explore research trends related to flourish for college students and adults. Flourish is a developmental concept of happiness and is a life that falls within the best range of human positive moods and effective functions. This study investigated all domestic academic studies for college students and general adults related to Flourish. The data collection and organization of this study took place on October 5-9, 2023, and descriptive statistics and multiple response analysis were conducted after quantifying the data. As a result of the study, both college students (13 cases) and adults (27 cases) have continued to increase in the number of research, focusing on quantitative research. Along with categorization, college students were in the order of influence and structural relationship, scale development, and validation, and general adults had a lot of influence relationships, and there were also studies on scale development, validation, and group differences. In relation to Flourish, there were studies on career, occupation, psychological needs/capital/emotion for college students, and studies on office workers, teachers, and adults(general) for adults. Through this study, it will be possible to identify trends in flourish to continue the optimal state of strengthening positivity and maximizing ability, and to explore the plan of education.
