국문 초록

본고의 목적은 무형유산의 가치를 융합적인 연구로 발굴하고 활용할 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 무형유산자료를 디지털화하는 것뿐만 아니라 그 의미를 다양하게 이해하고 활용하기 위해 ICT 기술이 필수적이다. 무형유산의 다층적인 의미와 가치를 찾기 위해서 ‘무형유산 디지털 아카이브 플랫폼’ 개발을 제안한다. 이전의 아키비스트는 이용자가 찾는 아카이브 소장 기록을 발굴하는 조력자 역할을 하였다. 하지만디지털 아카이브 플랫폼은 이 역할을 넘어서, 연계 기관이 플랫폼에 참여하여 새로운 이용자를 유입하는데 기여해야 한다. 이 과정에서 적극적인 데이터마이닝 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 그러기 위해서는 참여자들 사이에서 정보를 자유롭게 공유하고 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 한다. 이것은 곧 ‘무형유산학’의 새로운 연구방법론이기도 하다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to explore ways to discover and utilize the value of intangible cultural heritage through integrative research. It is necessary to digitize intangible cultural heritage materials and understand and use their meanings in diverse ways. ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is essential in protecting and utilizing intangible cultural heritage. To uncover the multifaceted meanings and values of intangible cultural heritage, I propose the development of a digital archive platform for intangible cultural heritage. While traditional archivists have served as facilitators in excavating archived records sought by users, a 'digital archive platform' should go beyond this role and contribute to attracting new users by involving affiliated institutions. Active data mining should occur in this process, creating an environment where participants can freely share and actively utilize information. This is, in essence, a new research methodology for 'intangible cultural heritage studies.
