국문 초록

본 연구의 구체적인 목적을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시니어창업가에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 기업가정신, 창업동기, 창업교육 프로그램참여, 가족지지 등의 선행연구들을 세부적으로 검토하여 정의 및개념을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업기정신이 창업동기에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 위험감수성과 진취성이 창업동기에 유의한 영향을 보였으며 반면 혁신성이 창업동기에 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업동기는 창업교육 프로그램 참여의사에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 셋째, 가족지지에 따른 기업가정신과 창업동기 간 차이는 부분적으로 나타났다. 즉, 가족지지에 따라 위험감수성이 창업동기에 미치는 영향의 경로계수는 높은 집단에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가족지지에 따라 진취성이 창업동기에 미치는 영향의 경로계수는 높은 집단에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The specific purpose of this study is as follows. First, through theoretical considerations of senior entrepreneurs, prior studies such as entrepreneurship, motivation for start-ups, participation in start-up education programs, and family support will be reviewed in detail to present definitions and concepts. The empirical analysis results of this study are as follows. First, it found that corporate spirit partially affects the motivation for start-ups. In other words, risk sensitivity and initiative significantly affected the motivation for start-ups. In contrast, innovation did not affect the motivation for start-ups. Second, entrepreneurial motivation significantly influenced the intention to participate in entrepreneurship education programs. Third, there was a partial difference between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial motivation based on family support. In other words, the path coefficient of the effect of risk sensitivity on entrepreneurial motivation according to family support differs in the high group.
