국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 진로성숙도에 대한 우울·불안, 주관적 행복감, 자아존중감과의 영향관계 및구조를 확인하고, 자아존중감의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구를 위해, SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을활용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 첫째, 청소년의 우울·불안은 자아존중감에 유의한 부적 영향을주고, 주관적 행복감은 자아존중감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 자아존중감은 진로성숙도에 유의한 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 우울·불안은 자아존중감을 매개효과로 진로성숙도에 부적 영향을 주었고, 주관적 행복감은 자아존중감을 매개효과로 진로성숙도에 정적영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 향후 청소년 진로성숙도 증진 및 강화를 위한 프로그램 운영및 교육정책 수립시, 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship and structure of depression/anxiety, subjective happiness, and self-esteem on the career maturity of adolescents, and to confirm the mediating effect of self-esteem. For the study, the structural equation model was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. First, depression and anxiety in adolescents had a significant negative effect on self-esteem, and subjective happiness had a positive effect on self-esteem. Second, self-esteem had a significant positive effect on career maturity. Third, depression/anxiety of adolescents had a negative effect on career maturity as a mediating effect on self-esteem, while subjective happiness had a positive effect on career maturity as a mediating effect on self-esteem. Based on the results of this study, it can serve as basic data when operating programs to strengthen youth career maturity or establishing educational policies later.
