만화애니메이션 전공 대학생의 전공만족도, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 만화애니메이션 전공 대학생들의 취업준비행동을 촉진시킬 수 있는 요인을 탐색하는것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 만화애니메이션 전공 대학생 200명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여자료를 수집하고 변인 간 인과관계를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결과는 만화애니메이션 전공 대학생의 경우 내재적 직업가치관이 전공만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다는 점, 그리고 전공만족도는 취업준비행동을 촉진시키는 요인으로 작용하였다는 점이다. 이를 통해 본 연구자는 국내 만화애니메이션 전공 대학교육기관의 학습자 요구에 맞는 교육과정의 재편이 필요하다는 점을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore factors that can promote employment preparation behavior of college students majoring in cartoon animation. To this end, this study collected data by distributing a questionnaire to 200 college students majoring in cartoon animation, and identified the causal relationship between variables. The main result of this study is that in the case of college students majoring in cartoon animation, the intrinsic job value had a negative effect on major satisfaction, and major satisfaction served as a factor promoting employment preparation behavior. Through this, this researcher emphasized the need to reorganize the curriculum that meets the needs of learners of domestic animation major university education institutions.
