국문 초록

최근 디지털테크놀로지의 발달로 인해 가장 이슈가 되고 있는 디지털 개념은 단연 ‘메타버스(metaverse)’이다. 특히나 포스트 코로나 시대로 인한 비대면 소통 방식이 절실히 필요하게 된 요즘 메타버스라는 개념은 우리에게 아주 가까이 다가왔고 마치 하나의 신드롬을 일으키고 있다. 메타버스는 디지털테크놀로지의 최첨단 기술로 현 시대의 소통과 관계의 패러다임을 바꾸고 포스트 코로나 시대에 매우 부합하는 개념이기도 하다. 본 연구에서는 메타버스 시대의 문화예술교육의 활용가능성을 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 가상현실 기술을 문화예술 체험과 경험을 확장시킬 수 있는 기제로 활용할 수 있다. 둘째, 가상현실을 통한 학습자의 표현활동은 매체활용 능력을 향상시키고 스토리텔링 구성 작업을 통해 감정이입을 키울 수 있다. 셋째, 가상현실은 대상에 대한 관찰, 탐색, 감상을 위한 도구 및 자료 구축 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.마지막으로 가상현실 기술은 다양한 가상세계를 구성하고 구축할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The most popular digital concept due to the recent development of digital technology is 'metaverse'. In particular, these days, when non-face-to-face communication methods are desperately needed due to the post-corona era, the concept of metaverse has come very close to us and is causing a syndrome. Metaverse is a cutting-edge technology of digital technology that changes the paradigm of communication and relationships in the present age and is a concept that is very suitable for the post-corona era. In this study, the applicability of Culture and Arts Education in the metaverse era was suggested as follows. First, virtual reality technology can be used as a mechanism to expand cultural and artistic experiences and trial. Second, the expressive activity of learners through virtual reality can improve media utilization ability and foster empathy through storytelling composition work. Third, virtual reality can be used as a method of building tools and materials for observation, exploration, and appreciation of objects. Lastly, virtual reality technology can construct and build various virtual worlds.
