국문 초록

본 연구는 50대 중산층 중년여성의 부부 갈등 경험을 통한 정체성 재정립에 대한 현상학 연구이다. 50 대 중산층 중년여성의 부부갈등 경험을 현상학적으로 분석하기 위하여 연구목적을 이해하고 동의한 연구참여자 5명을 선정하였다. 연구참여자 선정기준은 50-59세, 중산층, 결혼 지속 기간 15년 이상 등이며, 면담은 총 5회기로 1회기당 60분으로 진행되었다. 자료수집 및 분석은 Colaizzi의 분석방법을 통한현상학적 연구방법이다. 연구참여자들이 부부 갈등의 부정적 경험과 부부관계의 부정적 정서에서 벗어나 관계의 재정립을 위한 관점의 변화 노력을 시도하여 새로운 정체성 부여라는 긍정 요소의 의미를찾고자 한다. 본 연구를 토대로 중년여성이 부부관계를 이해하고 갈등의 개선안을 위한 부부 상담 과정및 상담 효과에 대한 임상실습 사례를 제공하는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a phenomenological study on the re-establishment of identity through marital conflict experiences of middle-class middle-aged women in their 50s. In order to phenomenologically analyze the marital conflict experience of middle-class middle-aged women in their 50s, five research participants who understood and agreed to the research purpose were selected. The criteria for selecting study participants were 50-59 years old, middle class, and marriage duration of more than 15 years, and the interview was conducted for 60 minutes per session in a total of 5 sessions. Data collection and analysis is a phenomenological research method through Colaizzi's analysis method. The purpose of this study is to find the meaning of the positive element of giving a new identity by trying to change the perspective for the re-establishment of the relationship by freeing the participants from the negative experiences of marital conflict and the negative emotions of the marital relationship. Based on this study, it can be used as basic data for middle-aged women to understand marital relationships and provide clinical practice cases about the marital counseling process and counseling effects for conflict resolution plans.
