국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 성인애착과 대인관계능력 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 D시에 소재한 4년제 대학교 3곳에 재학중인 대학생 360명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성인애착과 대인관계능력은 유의한 부적상관, 성인애착과 회복탄력성은 유의한 부적상관, 대인관계능력과 회복탄력성과의 관계는 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 성인애착과 대인관계능력 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인한 결과 애착불안과는 완전매개, 애착회피와는 부분매개 한다는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 개입방안에 회복탄력성을 접목할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제시하였다는 것에 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal ability of college students. The subjects of this study were 360 university students attending three four-year universities in D city. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical program. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was a significant negative correlation between adult attachment and interpersonal ability, a significant negative correlation between adult attachment and resilience, and a significant positive correlation between interpersonal ability and resilience. Second, as a result of confirming the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between adult attachment and interpersonal ability of college students, it was found that attachment anxiety was fully mediated and attachment avoidance was partially mediated. This study is significant in that it presented a theoretical basis for applying resilience to interventions to improve interpersonal skills of college students.
