교외 활동 연계 성찰글쓰기 수업 기법의 제안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습자들의 소통력을 활성화시켜 세계를 종전과 다르게 이해하게 돕는 방법을 제안하는 데 있다. 이 기법은 학술적 글쓰기 실력의 신장보다는 신입생에게 필요한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 향상시킨다. 그리고 이 기법은 그 과정에서 자연스레 부양되는 성찰적 글쓰기의 효능감을 배가시킨다. 이기법의 핵심은 ‘조별 1일 여행’을 설계하게 하고 실제 여행지에 다녀오도록 해주는 것이다. 이 방법은경희대의 ‘나를 위한 글쓰기’ 기법(성찰 쓰기 활동 중심)을 강원대 '글쓰기와 말하기‘(창의와 소통 중심) 와 연계시키는 과정에서 도출됐다. 자신이 설계한 여행지에 다녀온 학습자들은 자신의 내면에 새로운느낌을 쓰게 된다. 그 결과 자신과 세계를 종전과는 다른 방법으로 이해하게 된다. 이는 그간 상상 연습 위주로 진행돼 온 성찰 글쓰기의 제한성을 넘어선다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to help learners understand the world differently than before by activating their communication skills. This technique improves communication skills needed for freshmen rather than improving academic writing skills. And this technique doubles the efficacy of reflective writing, which is naturally raised in the process. The key to this technique is to have them design a ‘one-day group trip’ and go to the actual destination. This method was derived from the process of linking Kyung Hee University's 'Writing for Me' technique (focused on reflective writing activities) with Kangwon University's 'Writing and Speaking' (focused on creativity and communication). Learners who have visited the travel destination designed by themselves write a new feling with themselves. As a result, they understand themselves and the world in a different way than before. This goes beyond the limitations of reflective writing, which has been focused on imaginative practice.
