국문 초록

본 연구는 기존 오피스 빌딩의 주변환경과의 관계설정 부족을 해소할 수 있는 대안을 찾고자 하는 연구로서 도시적 맥락과 상호작용할 수 있는 건축계획개념으로 팔레트의 개념을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 계획 대상지인 테헤란로의 현황을 분석하고, 팔레트에 대한 일반적인 개념을 정리하고 이를 가로와 건축물과의 관계, 그리고 건축물의 기능에 적용하여 팔레트의 개념이 적용된 오피스 빌딩 계획안을 제안한다. 본 연구가 제안하는 계획안의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건축물 사용자를 포함한 거주자와 건축물의 상호작용을 통하여 가로의 공공성을 증대시키고 가로공간을 활성화시킨다. 둘째, 건축물 내부공간의 기능적 재배치를 통하여 사용자의 접근성을 향상시키고 공간 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 팔레트의 개념이 적용된 다양한 공간이 건축물의 형태로 나타나도록 하여 테헤란로의 도시문맥과 상호작용할 수 있는 가로공간 구성요소가 될 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 계획안은 테헤란로가 갖는 도시가로로서의 정체성을 강화할 수 있고 사용자 중심의 관계설정에 의한 새로운 공간을 갖는 오피스 빌딩으로서의 대안이라는 점에서 의미를 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out an alternative to overcome the lack of the relationship between the residents and the surrounding environment of existing office buildings. This study proposes an office building plan based on the concept of the palette as an architectural concept. For this purpose, this study analyzes the present situation of Teheranro, and the general concept of the palette is summarized and applied to the relationship between the street and the building and the function of the building, and proposes an office building plan that applies the architectural planning elements based on the concept of the palette. The contents of the proposal of this study are as follows. First, by the interaction between the building and the surrounding residents including the users of the building, increase the publicness of the street and activating the space. Second, improve accessibility of users and space utilization by functional relocation of interior space of buildings. Third, various spaces that are applied by the concept of the palette can be displayed in the form of buildings, so that it becomes a component of the street space which can reveal the urban context of Teheranro.
