신체상과 자기효능감이 비만스트레스에 미치는 영향 여대생 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 여대생의 신체상, 자기효능감, 비만스트레스의 관계를 살펴보고 비만스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 자료 수집은 Y시의 대학교 여대생 180명에게 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적인 특성은 ANOVA, 사후검정은 Sheffe’s test, 평균평점, 표준편차, Pearson’s correlation, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 신체상과 자기효능감은 양의 상관관계(r=.231,p<.001)를 보였고, 신세상과 비만스트레스는 음의 상관관계(r=-.279 p<.001)를 보였고, 자기효능감과 비만스트레스도 음의 상관관계(r=-.304 p<.001)를 보여 신체상, 자기효능감, 비만스트레스는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 여대생의 비만스트레스에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수는 다이어트방법, 신체상, 자기효능감이었고 전체 설명력은 19.2%이었다. 이를 바탕으로 여대생의 비만스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among Body Image, Self Efficacy and Obesity Stress and to understand influencing factors on Obesity Stress. Data were collected from 180 female college students in Y city from June 1 to 31, 2019 through the structured questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed by means of SPSS 22.0 program, and general traits ANOVA, post examination, Sheffe’s test, grade point average, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The study results showed that the body image and self-efficacy are positive correlation(r=.231.p<.001), and their body image and obesity stress are the negative correlation(r=-279.p<.001), self-efficacy and obesity stress also the negative correlation(r=-304.p<.001), and so body image, self-efficacy, obesity stress to leave are of signification correlations. Meaningful variables affecting obesity stress were diet method, body image, and self-efficacy, the total explanatory power of which was 19.2%. In conclusion, the study will be used for development of postpartum program to decrease obesity stress of female college students.
