통합놀이치료상담 프로그램이 자기통제력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 통합놀이치료상담프로그램을 실시하여 통합놀이치료상담 프로그램에 참여한 집단원의 통제력 향상에 효과가 있는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 프로그램은 s대학 학생 46명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 실험집단 23명, 통제집단 23명으로 분류하였고 실험집단은 1회기당 120분, 8회기 프로그램을 경험하였다. 통합놀이치료 상담 프로그램이 자기통제력에 영향을 미칠 것인가? 그 영향을 검증하기 위해 사전ㆍ사후 검사 시 자기통제력을 묻는 도구를 사용하였고 프로그램 종료 후 소감문을 작성하도록 하였다. 본 통합놀이치료상담 프로그램은 Kanfer(1986)가 제시하는 자기통제력 단계를 재구성한 것이다. 본 연구자는 본 프로그램의 지도자에게 슈퍼바이져 역할을 하였고, 진행시 보조역할을 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 사전검사 점수를 공변인으로 한 공분산 분석방법을 실시하였으며 실험집단의 자기통제력은 통제집단보다 유의미하게 변화되었다. 이는 자기통제력이 낮은 학생들에게 본 프로그램이 효과있는 것으로 사료된바 통제력이 낮은 학생들에게 지속적인 프로그램 실시가 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the integrative play therapeutic counseling program was effective in improving the control of group members participating in the integrative play therapeutic counseling program. This program was conducted for 46 university students. 23 experimental groups and 23 control groups. Experimental group experienced 8 sessions for 120 minutes per session. Will Integrative Therapeutic Counseling Program Affect Self-Control? To verify the effect, we used a tool to ask for self - control in pre - and post - test. After completing the program, students were asked to fill out a sentence. This integrative play therapeutic counseling program is a reconstruction of the self-control step suggested by Kanfer (1986). This researcher served as a supervisor to the leader of the program and assisted in the process. Data processing was performed using SPSS 18.0 program and covariance analysis method with covariance score. The self - control of the experimental group was significantly different from the control group. This program will be meaningful to students with low self-control. Continuous program implementation is required.
