영문 초록

This study explores the copyright and ethical challenges faced by creators due to the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and the digital culture industry. By examining various cases in this field, the research analyzes how AI impacts the creative. process and the ensuing legal and ethical issues. It particularly sheds light on copyright infringement and ethical problems arising in scenarios where AI is used as an assistive tool in the creative process and when it independently generates creative works. The study emphasizes the need to adjust existing copyright laws and ethical norms and develop new frameworks in response to the integration of AI and the digital culture industry. While recognizing the new opportunities AI technology offers to creators in the creative process, this research aims to propose directions for the responsible use of AI technology and the sustainable development of the digital culture industry, seeking new approaches to copyright and ethical issues.
