영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine korea's elderly care manpower supply and demand issues and practical cases of ICT, such as AI, used in elderly care and to prepare a plan for desirable use in the future. First of all, the problems with Korea's elderly care manpower supply include rapid increase in demand, poor working environment for manpower, unstable manpower supply and demand, aging, demand for improvement in quality of care services, and insufficient response to the demand for professional manpower. In the future, it is necessary to establish a national care manpower supply and demand system and improve social awareness. Second, the case of Cheonan city was analyzed to confirm the implementation of ICT such as AI in elderly care. Cheonan city provides emotional support services using companion robots, safety management that monitors the movements and living environments of the elderly using a smart integrated monitoring system, and systematic health management through health status monitoring and data accumulation using AI and IoT systems. there was. In addition, Cheonan city was planning to install an ICT control center for integrated operation of ICT-enabled care services. Lastly, in providing care services for the elderly, ICT should be actively used to supplement care workers, not replace them.
