간호대학생의 심폐소생술 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 심폐소생술 자기효능감, 심폐소생술 태도, 불안과의 관계를 파악하여 심폐소생술 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G시에 있는 4년제 2개의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하여 2018년 10월부터 한 달간 조사하여 180부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. SPSS WIN 22.0을 통해 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’ correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 심폐소생술 자기효능감과 태도는 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=-.248, p<.001), 심폐소생술 태도와 불안은 음의 상관관계(r=-.248, p<.001)가 있었다. 또한 간호대학생의 심폐소생술 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 심폐소생술 태도(β=.893, p<.001), 불안(β=.249, p<.01)으로 나타났으며, 모형의 설명력은 36%로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 심폐소생술 자기효능감을 증가시키기 위해서 심폐소생술 태도를 증가시키고 불안을 감소시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to investigate cardiopulmonary resuscitation self efficacy, attitude, anxiety, and to identify the influencing factors on cardiopulmonary resuscitation self efficacy of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 180 nursing students in 2 nursing universities in Gwangju, October 2018. Data ware analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation using SPSS Win 22.0. Significant positive correlation were found between cardiopulmonary resuscitation self efficacy and cardiopulmonary resuscitation attitude(r=-.248, p<.001) and negative correlation were found between cardiopulmonary resuscitation attitude and anxiety(r=-.248, p<.001). Theses factors explain 36% of the variance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation self efficacy. Therefore, to increase cardiopulmonary resuscitation self efficacy of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for increase the cardiopulmonary resuscitation attitude and to decrease anxiety of nursing students.
