구강건강 관심 및 중요도에 따른 성인 근로자의 구강건강상태

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역 사업장 근로자를 대상으로 구강건강관심도와 구강건강중요도를 조사하여 근로자의 구강건강을 향상 및 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 2018년 3월 2일부터 4월 5일까지 울산광역시 C사업장 근로자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 구강건강중요도는 구강질환이 있는 경우 중요도가 더욱 높게 나타났다. 치아우식증, 치주질환, 결손치, 깨짐 및 마모, 치아우식증 및 치주질환 중복, 보철물이 있는 집단에서 구강건강의 중요도가 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 구강건강관심도와 구강건강중요도와의 관계를 상관분석한 결과 구강건강관심도가 높을수록 구강건강중요도가 높게 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 사업장에서 근무하는 근로자의 구강건강상태를 유지․증진시키기 위해서는 근로자를 위한 구강보건교육이 사업장 내에서 주기적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate oral health concern and oral health importance of employees in some work places in Korea and to provide basic data for improvement and promotion of oral health of employees. From March 2 to April 5, 2018, the survey was conducted on employees who work in Ulsan City C. Oral health criticality was more important in cases of oral illness. The importance of oral health was high in groups with dental asthmatic, dental disease, defects, broken and worn, duplication of dental and dental diseases, and prosthetic products, and there were statistically significant differences. As a result of the correlation analysis between the oral health concern and oral health importance, the higher the oral health concern, the higher the importance of oral health, and there was a statistically significant difference. The results of this study suggest that oral health education for workers should be carried out periodically in the workplace in order to maintain and promote the oral health status of employees who work at the workplace.
