대학생의 감성지능, 취업불안, 전공만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감간의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 감성지능, 취업불안, 전공만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계연구이다. S시에 있는 4년제 대학에 다니는 대학생을 대상으로 하여 2019년 6월 1일부터 6월 10일까지 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 160부 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 SPSS WIN 22.0 Version을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’ correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 감성지능은 연구대상자의 감성지능은 취업불안(r=-.280, p<.001)과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였고, 감성지능은 진로결정 자기효능감(r=.456, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 감성지능과 취업불안, 진로결정 자기효능감은 서로 유의한 상관관계를 나타났고, 감성지능과 진로결정 자기효능감을 높이고 취업불안을 낮출 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발과 취업 지도에 기초 자료로 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study purpose to select the relationship between emotional intelligence, job seeking anxiety, major satisfaction, career decision making self-efficacy of university students. The subjects of this study were 160 university students in S city form June 1 to June 10, 2019. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 22.0 Version Program, Which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficient. The university students investigated a mean of 3.73 and 2.40 and 2.20 and 2.32 on emotional intelligence, major satisfaction, job-seeking anxiety, career decision making self efficacy. There was a significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and job seeking anxiety(r=-.280, p<.001), positive correlation were found between emotional intelligence and career decision making self-efficacy(r=.456, p<.001). Though this study emotional intelligence, job seeking anxiety, career decision making self-efficacy of university students were significantly correlated with each other. Emotional intelligence, career decision making self-efficacy are needed as basic data for the development of educational programs and job guidance that can enhance self-efficacy and lower job seeking anxiety.
