자기결정성 수준이 대학생활 성과에 미치는 영향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 빅데이터를 활용하여 대학선택 과정에서의 자기결정성과 대학생활 성과와의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 대학특성별 차이를 밝히는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 2015 GOMS 빅데이터로 대학의 설립, 대학유형, 소재지를 고려한 층화 표집을 시행하고 자기결정성이 대학생활 성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위해 기술통계분석과 다중회귀분석을 시행한다. 자기결정성의 가치가 중요한 대학생 시기에 대학생의 자기결정성 수준을 진단하고 자기결정성이 대학생활 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생활 만족에 미치는 자기결정성의 영향력은 자율동기, 통제동기, 무동기, 외적동기 순으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 대학입학 후 성적, 휴학 경험 여부, 휴학 경험 횟수에는 외적동기, 통제동기, 무동기, 자율동기 순으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 자율동기, 통제동기, 외적동기, 무동기 순으로 졸업 후 일자리 성공 여부와 졸업 후 종사상 지위에 영향이 큰 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between self - determination and university life performance and to investigate differences between university characteristics by using Big Data. To conduct 2015 GOMS big data, stratified sampling considering university establishment, university type, and location, and technical statistics analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze the influence of each group. The main findings of this study were to diagnose the level of self-determination of college students and to examine the effect of self-determination on college life. First, the influence of self-determination on college life satisfaction was analyzed in the order of autonomous motivation, control motivation, asynchronous, and external motivation. Second, the results after college entrance, the absence of leave of absence, and the number of times of leave of absence were analyzed in the order of external motive, control motive, asynchronous, and autonomous motive. Third, autonomous motivation, control motivation, external motivation, and no motivation were found to have a significant effect on job success after graduation and employment status after graduation.
