간호대학생이 경험한 무례함, 임상실습스트레스가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 임상실습에서 간호대학생이 경험한 무례함, 임상실습스트레스를 확인하고 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 임상실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 간호대학생 140명이며, 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 배부하고 자가보고하는 형식으로 2019년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, Pearson s correlation coefficients, 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 간호대학생이 경험한 무례함은 평균 2.49점(5점 만점), 진로정체감은 평균 2.77점(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 진로정체감은 실습지에서 경험한 무례함 및 임상실습스트레스와 부적 상관관계가 있었으며, 무례함과 임상실습스트레스는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 실습지에서 경험한 무례함, 임상실습스트레스는 진로정체감에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났으며 21.9%의 영향력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생들의 진로정체감을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was to search incivility experienced and clinical practice stress by nursing student at practice place and investigate effecting factors to career identify. The subjects were 140 junior and senior nursing students who have clinical training and the materials were selected from June 1st, 2019 to June 30th through distributing structured questionnaire and self-reported method. In selected materials, frequency analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program, descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation coefficients and regression analysis were used. Study result showed lower point than middle point 3 as 2.49point(5point) in incivility experienced by nursing student and 2.77point(5point) in career identify. Career Identify of nursing student has a correlation with incivility experienced at practice place and clinical practice stress. It showed that incivility experienced by nursing student at practice place and clinical practice stress are significantly effecting factors. And these factors showed 21.9% explanatory power. Based on this study result, various programs improving career identify of nursing student should be developed and applied.
