대면이름대기과제에서 실어증환자의 언어처리과정 특성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 선행 문헌에서 언어처리모형을 살펴보고, 각각의 언어처리과정 특성을 파악하여 실어증환자를 대상으로 대면이름대기과제에서 언어처리과정 중에서 어느 단계 손상인지 확인 한 후, 언어처리 단계에 적용할 수 있는 과제를 제공하는 것이다. 이름대기 장애의 문제가 언어처리모형의 단계 중에서 어느 부분의 문제인지 확인이 가능하다면 실어증 환자의 이름대기 장애의 중재에 언어처리모형을 적용한 중재법을 적용해 볼 수 있다. 문제가 시각적 사물인지단계, 의미적 처리단계, 음운적 처리단계, 의미시스템에서 음운적 처리 단계로의 접근의 문제인지를 알아보기 위한 과제로 그림명명과제, 어휘판단과제, 단어명명과제, 의미범주화판단과제를 사용할 수 있고, 시각적으로 확인하여 대상을 파악하는 훈련, 쓰임 등 대상과 관련된 사항의 정보를 만드는 훈련, 대상과 관련된 음운정보 생성 훈련을 고안하면 사물명명능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 본다. 언어처리 단계별로 적용할 수 있는 과제들을 통해 실어증 환자들의 이름대기 능제를 세분화하여 접근하여 대면이름대기능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the language processing model in the preceding literature, identify the characteristics of each language processing process, and identify which level of language processing damage is present in the waiting task for aphasic patients, and provide the tasks that can be applied to the language processing stage. If it is possible to determine which part of the language processing model is the problem with the name waiting disorder, the intervention method applied to the intervention of the name waiting disorder of aphasic patients can be applied. The tasks to identify whether the problem is a problem of visual object recognition, semantic processing, phonetic processing, and approach from semantic system to phonetic processing stage can be used with pictorial naming, lexeme judgment, word naming, and semantic category judgment. It is believed that the target s ability to be named can be enhanced by visual identification of the target and by training to create information related to the target, such as using it, and by creating sound information related to the target. We believe that the tasks that can be applied at each language processing stage will be able to improve the Confrontation Naming Tasks by segmenting the name waiting efficiency of aphasia patients.
