학습자 중심 플립드러닝이 대학생의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 학습목표성취역량에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 학습자 중심 플립드러닝 수업이 대학생의 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력, 학습목표성취역량에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 H대학교 2016학년도 2학기‘이러닝교육론’및‘교육방법및교육공학’수강생 24명을 대상으로 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력, 학습목표성취역량에 대한 사전, 사후 검사 및 학습자 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 비모수 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의사소통능력은 ‘이러닝교육론’과 ‘교육방법및교육공학’ 모두 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 문제해결능력은 ‘이러닝교육론’에서는 유의미한 향상을 보였으나, ‘교육방법및교육공학’에서는 유의미한 향상을 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 학습목표성취역량은 ‘이러닝교육론’과 ‘교육방법및교육공학’모두 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학교육에서 요구되는 대학생들의 역량 개발 및 향상을 위해 학습자 중심 플립드러닝의 효과성에 대한 실천적 함의 및 향후 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine the effects of learner-centered flipped learning on communication ability, problem-solving ability, and learning objective achievement competency of college students. The subjects of this study were 24 students who took ‘e-leaning theory’ and ‘educational method and instructional technology’ courses at H University. To investigate the effects on learner-centered flipped learning on communication ability problem-solving ability, and learing objective achievement competency, a survey was conducted before and after the flipped learning, follewed by –person interviews. Results are as follows: First, communication ability showed significant effect in both ‘e-learning theory’ and ‘educational method and instructional technology’. Second, problem solving ability showed a significant effect in ‘e-learning theory’, but no significant in ‘educational method and instructional technology’. Third, learning objective achievement competency showed significant effect in both subjects. Based on these findings, this study suggests practical implications and future research on the effectiveness of learner-centered flipped-learning to develop and improve the college students’ competence required in higher education.
