원예활동프로그램 개발을 위한 간호대학생의 원예 선호도 조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생들의 원예활동에 대한 요구와 선호도를 조사하여 간호대학생들을 대상으로 스트레스 감소 및 학과의 적응을 위한 원예활동프로그램 개발을 위한 식물 및 원예활동에 대한 기초 자료를 마련하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 G시의 2개 간호학과와 J도의 2개 간호학과 1학년부터 4학년 간호대학생 195명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 2일부터 5월 12일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원예활동이 학과적응 프로그램으로 제공되는 것에 77.6%가 바람직하다고 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 식물의 선호는 화훼류에 대한 선호가 높았으며 화훼류 특성 중 다육 식물과 꽃 식물에 대한 선호가 높았다. 셋째, 식물의 선호하는 색은 초록, 노랑, 흰색이었다. 넷째, 원예활동은 식물을 이용한 장식 및 공예활동, 실내에서 식물 가꾸기, 식물을 이용한 요리활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 선호도조사 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 학과적응을 돕기 위한 원예활동 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the needs and preferences of horticultural activities of nursing students and to prepare basic data on plant and horticultural activities for nursing college students to develop horticultural activity programs for stress reduction and academic adaptation. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the survey period was conducted from May 2 to May 12, 2018, and the survey was conducted on 195 nursing college students from the first grade to the fourth grade of the department of nursing in G city and J city. The results of the study are as follows. First, 77.6% recognize that horticultural activity is desirable for academic application programs. Second, the preference for plants was high for floriculture and among the floriculture characteristics, the preference for polygamous and flowering plants was high. Third, the preferred colors of plants were green, yellow and white. Fourth, horticultural activities were shown to prefer decorative and craft activities using plants, growing plants indoors, and cooking activities using plants. Based on the results of this study s preference survey, it will be necessary to develop a horticultural activity program to preserve the plant s unique characteristics, not simply the activities of planting and growing plants.
