대학생의 자아분화와 마인드셋 및 회복탄력성과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 자아분화와 마인드셋 및 회복탄력성과의 관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구대상은 광주광역시에 소재하고 있는 K대학과 J대학에 재학 중인 남‧여학생 총 215명이다. 자아분화 측정도구는 Bowen의 가족체계이론을 기본으로 제석봉(1989)이 개발한 자아분화척도를 사용하였다. 마인드셋 측정도구는 Dweck(1986)이 개발하고 안도희, 김옥분, 표경선(2005)가 개발한 신념척도를 사용하였다. 회복탄력성 측정도구는 Reivich와 Shatté(2003)가 개발하고 신우열 등(2009)이 사용한 한국형 회복탄력성을 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 각 변수간의 상관관계는 인지적기능 대 정서적 기능, 자아통합, 가족투사과정, 정서적 단절, 가족퇴행에서 고정마인드셋에 부(-)적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 인지적기능 대 정서적 기능, 자아통합, 가족투사과정, 정서적 단절, 가족퇴행, 통제성, 긍정성, 사회성에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 자아분화가 마인드셋에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(t=2.32, p<.01). 셋째, 대학생의 자아분화가 회복탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(t=3.825, p<.001). 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 건강한 자아분화, 성장마인드셋, 탄력적인 성품을 지니도록 진로 및 사회적응 준비하는 대학생을 위한 기초연구로 활용하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-differentiation, mindset and resilience of university students. The subjects of study were 215 male and female students in K and J universities located in Gwangju. Self-differentiation measuring tool used self-differentiation measure developed by Jeseok-bong (1989) based on Bowen s family system theory. The mindset measurement tool was developed using the belief scale developed by Dweck (1986) and developed by Ahn Do-hee, Kim Ok-bun and Pyo Gyeong-sun (2005). The resilience measurement tool was developed by Reivich and Shatté (2003) and used Korean resilience elasticity used by Shin Woo-yeol et al. (2009). As a result, first, the correlation between variables showed negative correlation with fixed mindset in cognitive function versus emotional function, self-integration, family projection process, emotional disconnection, and family regression. Positive correlations were found in emotional function, self-integration, family projection process, emotional disconnection, family regression, control, positiveness and sociality. Second, self-differentiation of college students had a significant effect on mindset (t=2.32, p<.01). Third, self-differentiation of college students had a significant effect on resilience (t=3.825, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, this study will be used as a basic research for college students preparing for career and social adaptation to have healthy self-differentiation, growth mindset, and elasticity.
