국문 초록

본 연구는 자산 수준과 노인건강의 관계에서 가족관계 만족도의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 검증하기 위해 2014년도 한국 복지패널 조사 9차년도 자료를 활용한 2차 자료 분석방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 만65세인 노인을 케이스 선택하여 4,893명을 최종 분석모델에 포함 시켰다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자산 수준은 노인의 건강에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 자산 수준은 가족관계 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 가족관계 만족도는 노인의 건강에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 건강에 자산이 미치는 효과는 가족관계 만족도에 의해 부분 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노인의 자산은 가족관계 만족도를 경유 하여 노인건강에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 자산 수준이 노인건강에 가족관계 만족도와 간접효과와 직접 효과를 나누는 본 연구의 결과는 노인의 건강을 증진하기 위해서는 노인의 자산과 가족관계 만족도를 증진하기 위한 정책 마련의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of family relationship satisfaction on the relationship between asset level and elderly health. This The study used secondary data analysis method utilizing the resources Year Korea Welfare Panel Survey 9th 2014. The subject of this case study is to select the 65-year-old senior 4893 people were included in the final analysis model. Results: First, wealth levels showed a significant effect on the health of the elderly. Second, the wealth levels on the elderly showed a significant impact on family relationships satisfaction. Third, the family relationship satisfaction of the elderly showed a significant effect on the health of the elderly. On an asset to the health of the elderly effect it appeared to be mediated by a part of the family relationship satisfaction. That is, the assets of the old man appeared to affect the elderly health through the family relationship satisfaction. The findings of the wealth levels in the elderly is split the family relationship satisfaction and the indirect effect and direct effect on elderly health is to promote elderly health suggest the need for a policy established to promote the wealth levels and family satisfaction of the elderly. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of family relationship satisfaction on the relationship between asset level and elderly health.
