사회복지 교과목의 문제중심학습(PBL) 방식 적용에 대한 탐색적 연구 -사회복지조사론의 욕구조사계획 수립 과정을 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지조사론 교과목의 욕구조사계획 수립 부분에 PBL 방식을 적용한 후 그 효과를 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 욕구조사계획 수립 파트에 적합한 PBL방식을 개발하였고 이를 사회복지조사론 수업에 참여한 학습자 40명을 대상으로 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 이론의 검증이다. 이 연구는 Barrow와 Myer(1993)에 의해 제시된 PBL수업의 4단계를 준수하여 진행하였으며, 그 결과 본 연구의 목적에 부합하였다. 두 번째, 욕구조사계획에 적합한 프로세스를 개발하였다. Barrow와 Myer(1993)의 4단계를 큰 틀로 하여, PBL수업 개요 설명 및 학습문제 제시, 학습목표 설정, 학습문제 구성, 교수자와 학습자의 역할 확인, 발표 및 피드백 등의 세부단계로 욕구조사계획 수립 프로세스를 체계화하였다. 세 번째, 학습목표를 달성하였고, PBL의 4가지 효과를 확인하였다. 선행연구를 통해 제시된 문제해결능력, 자기주도학습, 비판적 사고, 협력학습의 효과를 학습자의 인터뷰를 통해 검증하였다. 이를 통해 여러 사회복지 교과목에 PBL방식 적용이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to apply the PBL method to the process of establishing the needs investigation plan and to verify its effects. To this end, the PBL method suitable for establishing the desire survey plan was developed and applied to 40 learners who participated in the social welfare survey theory class. The results of the study are as follows. The first is the verification of theory. The study with barrow myer (1993) presented by the class pbl in compliance with the four stages of proceedings. As a result, in accordance with the objective of this study. Second, a process suitable for the needs investigation plan was developed. The process of establishing a desire survey plan was organized into detailed steps such as explaining PBL class overview and presenting learning problems, setting learning goals, organizing learning problems, identifying the role of professors and learners, and making presentations and feedback. Third, the learning objective was achieved, and the four effects of the PBL were identified: problem-solving skills, self-directed learning, critical thinking, cooperative learning. It proposed that the PBL method should be applied to various social welfare subjects.
