감성지능과 사회지능이 창의성과 학업성취에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 광고홍보학을 전공하는 대학생들의 감정지능과 사회지능이 개인 창의성과 집단 창의성 그리고 학업성취에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 함이다. 이를 위하여 각 변인들을 요인분석 후 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감성지능의 자기감정활용과 타인감정이해가 개인 창의성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 둘째, 감성지능의 타인감정이해, 자기감정통제가 집단 창의성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 셋째, 감성지능의 자기감정활용, 자기감정통제, 타인감정이해가 학업성취에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 넷째, 사회지능의 사회적 지각과 사회적 개방은 정(+)의 영향을 사회적 민감은 부(-)의 영향을 개인 창의성에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 사회지능의 사회적 개방과 사회적 지각은 정(+)의 영향을 사회적 민감은 부(-)의 영향을 집단 창의성에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 사회지능의 사회적 개방과 사회적 지각은 정(+)의 영향을 사회적 민감은 부(-)의 영향을 학업성취에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 대학생들의 감성지능과 사회지능의 필요성과 그 효과성을 창의성과 학업성취 변인과의 관계성을 통해 확인하였다는 것에 의의를 가지고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine how emotional and social intelligence affects individual creativity, group creativity, and academic achievement of college students majoring in advertising and public relations. First, it was confirmed that self-use of emotional intelligence and understanding of others affect positively on individual creativity. Second, it was confirmed that self-emotional control had a positive effect on group creativity. Third, self-emotional utilization, self-emotional control, and understanding of others emotions have positive effects on academic achievement. Fourth, social perception and social openness of social intelligence have positive effects on social creativity and negative influence on individual creativity. Fifth, social openness and social perception of social intelligence had positive effects on social creativity and negative influence on social creativity. Sixth, social openness and social perception of social intelligence had positive effects on social achievement and negative influence on social achievement on academic achievement. The results of this study are intended to confirm the necessity and effectiveness of emotional and social intelligence of college students through the relationship between creativity and academic achievement variables.
