국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 강원지역을 중심으로 다문화가족 이주여성의 가족관계 스트레스와 자아정체감이 어떠한 경로로 가족건강성에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 강원지역 18개 시·군에 거주하는 다문화가족 이주여성의 154명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 다문화가족 이주여성의 인구사회학적 특성으로 연령은 30대가 45.5%, 학력은 고졸 이상이 39.0%, 거주나라는 중국 40.3%, 거주기간이 10년 이상인 경우가 73.4%, 수입은 100만 원 이상이 49.0%으로 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화가족 이주여성이 가족관계 스트레스가 전체 가족건강성에 미치는 영향에 대한 회귀분석의 결과로 가족건강성에 중요한 요인은 경제관련 스트레스임을 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 다문화가족 이주여성의 자아정체감의 하위영역이 가족원간의 유대와 가족원간의 가치체계 공유에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석 한 결과로 미래 확신성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났고, 미래 확신성이 낮을수록, 가족원간의 유대와 가족원간의 가치체계 공유는 낮게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how family relationship stress and self-identity affect multifamily health among migrant women in multicultural families in Gangwon area. The subjects of this study were 154 women from multicultural families who live in 18 cities and counties in Gangwon-do. First, the demographic and sociological characteristics of multicultural family migrant women are 45.5% in age 30s, 39.0% in high school graduates, 40.3% in China, 73.4% of residents over 10 years, and 1 million won in income. The most common abnormality was 49.0%. Second, as a result of regression analysis on the effect of family relationship stress on the overall family health of multicultural family migrant women, economic stress was found to be an important factor for family health. Third, as a result of regression analysis of the effect of the subdomain of self-identity of multicultural family migrant women on the ties between family members and sharing of the value system among family members, the future confidence was statistically significant. In other words, ties between family members and sharing of value system among family members were low.
